Amanda N. Hart is a senior attorney in the firm's Real Estate Litigation & Title Insurance Practice Group. She has an extensive background in real estate law and has achieved optimal outcomes through creative and critical thinking, enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Throughout her nearly 15-year legal career, Ms. Hart has represented clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Her title insurance practice involves all aspects of real estate tax liens, including preparing clients to participate in foreclosing on tax liens and vacating tax sales. This includes examining public records, abstracts of title, contracts and other legal documents to identify parties interested in real property in furtherance of tax lien foreclosure proceedings. Ms. Hart also routinely appears in court on contested and uncontested real estate tax lien matters, housing court matters and administrative hearings.
