Bio

Shantinique Brooks is a member of Plunkett Cooney's Bloomfield Hills office who practices primarily in the area of insurance coverage law. In addition, she is a member of the firm's Transportation Law Practice Group.

Ms. Brooks represents insurance companies in the defense of complex coverage litigation relating to environmental contamination, property loss, construction defects, product liability, bad faith, and personal and advertising injury. She also consults with clients regarding underwriting, claims handling, emerging coverage issues and coverage opinions. 

Additionally, Ms. Brooks represents clients in litigation involving Michigan No-Fault personal injury protection benefits, catastrophic injury claims, uninsured and underinsured motorist benefits, third party transportation liability disputes, trucking accidents and spoliation, special investigations and medical provider fraud.
