Bio

Simone R. Fabiilli is a senior attorney in the firm’s Torts & Litigation and Commercial Litigation practice groups. 

Practicing law for nearly a decade, Ms. Fabiilli has extensive experience handling insurance defense litigation involving premises liability, general negligence, real estate professional liability, employment liability, and first-party and third-party auto accident claims. She also has experience handling contractual disputes.

Representative Client Work

  • Successfully strategized and argued summary disposition for real estate companies and their agents in commercial and residential transactions, which resulted in the dismissal of multiple fraudulent misrepresentation, silent fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty claims

  • Successfully strategized and argued summary disposition for auto insurance carriers by establishing the carriers were entitled to rescind their policies regarding the insureds, and in equity against other claimants and providers, based upon the insureds’ material misrepresentations in procuring the policies, which resulted in the dismissal of several no-fault claims
