Former Warren Mayor Fouts loses appeal to redo November election

Former City of Warren Mayor James Fouts recently lost his appeal to the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit which sought to overturn a lower court's decision dismissing Fouts' complaint against Warren City Clerk Sonja Buffa, Macomb County Clerk Anthony Forlini, Warren City Council and the City of Warren Election Commission and denying a rerun of the November election.
