Moore joins Plunkett Cooney's Chicago office

Associate attorney Mackenzie Moore recently joined the Chicago office of Plunkett Cooney, one of the Midwest’s oldest and most accomplished law firms.

A member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Real Estate and Title Insurance Law practice groups, Moore advises clients in the areas of commercial agreements, business transactions, company policies and procedures, and real estate lease agreements, as well as related terms and conditions.

As former in-house counsel for a manufacturing company, Moore gained experience handling COVID-19 regulations, employment law, corporate governance and restructuring, trademarks and other matters. She is also well versed in applicable business laws and regulations, best practices and compliance procedures.

Moore received her law degree from Wayne State University Law School in 2020. While in law school, she served as the Director of In-House Competition for the moot court and as treasurer of the Women’s Law Caucus and the Free Legal Aid Clinic Board. She was also elected as a governor of the Student Board of Governors. Moore received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago in 2016.
