A member of Plunkett Cooney’s Business Law Department, Mackenzie Moore is an associate attorney working in the firm’s Chicago office. Ms. Moore focuses her practice primarily in the area of Commercial Litigation. She also has experience in the areas of real estate litigation and title insurance law.

Ms. Moore advises clients in the areas of commercial agreements, transaction documents and other legal documents, including, but not limited to, supplier and customer agreements, company policies and procedures and real estate lease agreements, as well as related terms and conditions.

While serving as in-house counsel to a manufacturing company, Ms. Moore counseled members of the management team and department leaders on issues related to customer and supplier agreements, potential disputes, COVID-19 regulations, employment law, corporate governance and restructuring, trademarks and other matters. She also provided legal advice and support regarding applicable law and regulations, best practices and compliance procedures.
