Peter D. Cronk serves as Managing Partner of Plunkett Cooney's Lansing office and as Co-Leader of the Banking, Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Practice Group. Mr. Cronk also serves on the firm's Budget & Finance and Hiring committees. 

Mr. Cronk has a diverse client base, which includes several Fortune 500 lenders, national and international companies, real estate developers and a variety of small business. He advises lenders in all aspects of commercial lending and related litigation. Mr. Cronk has particular expertise in commercial loan workouts, receiverships, debt restructures, loan sales, corporate work for global companies and small businesses, real estate acquisition and development and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Cronk has been recognized by his peers and has earned Martindale-Hubbell’s highest peer-review rating, “AV-Preeminent.” He is also listed among the Best Lawyers in America® for commercial litigation.
