Erik G. Bradberry is a member of Plunkett Cooney's Labor & Employment Law Practice Group who exclusively defends the interests of employers in litigation and advises them on labor relations and workplace-related regulatory compliance.

Mr. Bradberry represents employers across a variety of industries, routinely defending them in complex and business sensitive disputes involving allegations of discrimination, retaliation and unfair labor practices. His practice also includes providing counsel and advice on human resources policies and procedures, including such issues as employee discipline, workplace accommodations, reductions in force and drafting/updating employment policies and handbooks.

In addition, Mr. Bradberry advises his clients on a range of labor law matters. This includes representation in matters before the National Labor Relations Board, as well as at the bargaining table and in arbitration proceedings with public- and private-sector unions.
